Job Description

We are seeking Outside Sales Representatives to join our growing teams. The outside sales representative is responsible for promoting, selling, estimating, and managing projects related to HVAC and mechanical equipment. The office leader will be responsible for leading and managing daily operations to achieve business tenets of client satisfaction, employee satisfaction, and financial performance. Duties will also include guiding staff and setting and achieving performance objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Responsibilities include sizing, selecting, and designing mechanical and HVAC equipment for engineers such as custom air handling units, packaged rooftop equipment, dehumidification systems, Dedicated Outdoor Air Systems (DOAS), chiller systems, air distribution/ventilation systems including grilles, registers, and diffusers, laboratory exhaust and controls systems, clean room air filtration and variable frequency drives.
  • Candidate must enjoy promoting products and developing customer relationships.
  • Candidate will prepare quotations and sell equipment to owners and contractors.
  • Knowledge and experience selling mechanical, HVAC sheet metal products and control systems are desired.
  • System start-up, troubleshooting, building management systems, and controls experience are a plus.
  • Strong computer skills are required. The ability to use technology to automate or simplify processes is a plus.
  • Candidate should have five (5) years or more experience in engineering or construction industry or a minimum of five (5) years of experience in sales of HVAC and mechanical equipment.
  • Bachelor of science in engineering or construction management is a plus.

Job Description

The Estimator is responsible for reviewing drawings and specifications to determine quantities, capacities and product pricing resulting in issuing successful quotations to customers.

Responsibilities 

  • Interact with sales associates to set bid strategies and follow up on open quotes leading to purchase orders.
  • Performing an electronic material take-off on projects utilizing estimating software.
  • Utilizing manufacturers’ selection software to make equipment selections and pricing.
  • Utilizing a CRM system to generate quotations and then distribute them to customers.
  • Electronic filing of project documents.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in engineering, construction management, or business-related fields of study OR more than three (3) years of experience in estimating of HVAC and mechanical equipment in a manufacturers’ representative business.
  • Enjoy working as a team as well as independently.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail.
  • Strong computer skills are a must.
  • Understanding and having executed an electronic material take-off utilizing an estimating system is a plus.

We are currently looking for a skilled Inside Sales Associate to provide excellent customer service at our Lenexa office. An ideal candidate will have technical knowledge of HVAC sheet metal equipment selection, application, quoting and selling. Knowledge of products we stock in our warehouse and represent such as grilles, registers, diffusers, exhaust fans, spiral pipe and accessories is a plus. We are looking for people who will increase our client satisfaction resulting in growing our sales to new and existing customers. This is a salary position and includes a benefits package plus potential incentive compensation based on sales, as well as flexible work hours (M-F, 8-hour shift between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.)

Responsibilities

  • Develop sales by answering the phone, analyzing customer’s requests, and preparing and following up on quotes.
  • Once a Purchase Order is received, responsibilities include booking, shop drawing prep and approval, ordering, expediting delivery and billing review.

Job Description

We currently have an opening for a skilled Warehouse Associate at our Lenexa facility to provide customer service to our walk-in and call-in customers. This is a customer-facing position. Knowledge of products we distribute out of our warehouse such as grilles, registers, diffusers, exhaust fans, spiral pipe, and other HVAC accessories is preferred, but we will train the right candidate! Responsibilities and Qualifications

  • Receive and stock products from manufacturers.
  • Accurate picking of customer orders.
  • Packing orders for shipping.
  • Understand products and ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Receive phone calls and interact with customers.
  • Physically fit to walk, stand, sit, stoop, bend, lift up to 70 lbs., push and pull extensively.
  • Shift time is flexible. Monday-Friday. 40-hour work week.
  • Maintain a safe, orderly, and clean warehouse.
  • Inventory control and cycle counting experience a plus.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Forklift experience: Order Picker, Swing Reach, Electric Pallet Jack.
  • Inventory control. Cycle counting and ordering of stock inventory.
  • Computer literate. Ability to use Microsoft Office products including Outlook.
  • Dependable, proactive, detailed and highly organized.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
