Job Description

We are seeking Outside Sales Representatives to join our growing teams. The outside sales representative is responsible for promoting, selling, estimating, and managing HVAC and mechanical equipment projects. The successful candidate will exemplify our core values of respect, integrity, collaboration, innovation, inclusiveness, and passion.


  • Responsibilities include sizing, selecting, and designing mechanical and HVAC equipment for engineers such as custom air handling units, packaged rooftop equipment, dehumidification systems, Dedicated Outdoor Air Systems (DOAS), chiller systems, air distribution/ventilation systems including grilles, registers and diffusers, laboratory exhaust and controls systems, clean room air filtration, dust collection systems, and variable frequency drives.
  • Candidate must enjoy promoting productsdeveloping customer relationships, and being known for product expertise.
  • Candidate will support engineers with equipment selections for systems, prepare quotations, and sell equipment to owners and contractors.
  • Knowledge and experience selling mechanical, HVAC sheet metal products and control systems are desired.
  • System start-up, troubleshooting, building management systems, and controls experience are a plus.
  • Strong computer skills are required. The ability to use technology to automate or simplify processes is a plus.
  • Ideal candidate will have three (3) years or more experience in architectural engineering, mechanical engineering, or the construction industry.
  • Bachelor of science in engineering or construction management is a plus.

The Estimator is responsible for reviewing drawings and specifications to determine quantities, capacities and product pricing resulting in issuing successful quotations to customers.


  • Interact with sales associates to set bid strategies and follow up on open quotes leading to purchase orders.

We are currently looking for an Accounting Manager at our Lenexa office.  The ideal candidate will report to our Corporate Controller, lead day-to-day processes within the Accounting Department, and prepare financial and sales reporting, including data analysis. The candidate will also lead the implementation and training of NetSuite enterprise software throughout all accounting and reporting processes. Responsibilities include developing and documenting new processes utilizing technology related to job costing and customer relationships to assist with the company’s growth strategies and utilizing Power BI to generate easily accessible reporting.


  • Analyze and determine credit terms with potential new customers
  • Manage/reconcile monthly sales and use tax reporting (multiple states)
  • Assist with the management of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Inventory processes
  • Manage monthly expense reporting and analysis functions
  • Manage monthly commission reporting for sales teams
  • Manage quarterly commission payout process
  • Assist in preparing and evaluating annual expense and sales budgets
  • Bank reconciliation, third-party payroll accounting, expense reimbursement accounting, payables process, and monthly financial reporting
  • Assist in the development of a job costing process and manage the implementation

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree with accounting and/or finance major
  • Highly proficient with:
    • NetSuite
    • All Microsoft Products including but not limited to Advanced Excel, Access, PowerPoint and PowerBI
    • SQL
  • Demonstrated success in leading process improvement initiatives, utilizing technology to reduce overhead costs and provide improved reporting and processes for internal and external customers
